MY SMILIN' VIOLIN REFUND POLICY

The following are unconditional payment terms:

• My Smilin' Violin offers no refund on the return of books, accessories or other merchandise.
  
• In the event of music education lesson withdrawal, a written 30-day notice is required. Should the 30-day period begin in one contracted payment period and end in another, payment is required for both.
  
• Should annual music education lesson payment terms be accepted, My Smilin' Violin offers no refund when withdrawal occurs on or after the first lesson.
